A funeral's depressing,
cause loved ones are missed,
but there should be laughter,
it's what they'd have wished.
I'll help you remember,
achievements of life,
the joy from their children,
their husband or wife.
The tears will be flowing,
with giggles galore,
with memory of mad things,
that happened before.
And once you start smiling,
the heart ache will fade,
you'll thank God you knew them,
the difference they made.
